I had another incident which pointed out to me that I need a new job. My boss called me today to tell me that we closed too soon. The thing is that we still didn't get out until after nine o'clock and I was still rushing home to get hubby to work. I pointed out to the boss that I really couldn't handle working 12-to whenever all summer because it was taking a toll. Long story short I spent the day all upset. So now I have to search extra hard for some joy.
But here it goes. My joy for the day is my hairdresser. Not only did she listen to me while I was there, she did a good job cutting my hair as usual. My head's a lot lighter now too. Never underestimate the value of a good hairdresser, particularly for women She's been cutting my hair since I was six years old, she charges a reasonable rate, and I just couldn't imagine anyone else cutting my hair. It's awful if someone butchers your hair. I mean hair grows back, but it's the waiting that is the hard part. So I give a shout out to my hairdresser and to all good hairdressers everywhere.
