I got word today that there have been some changes to our pay system at work. They are changing how much people start at for each position, and there is a limit of how much people can earn, and unfortunately, our location is already over the top of what people can earn, so effectively, we are all getting pay freezes. They've added a quarterly bonus system to make up for the limits on pay raises, but I think this is going to hurt us more than help us. So now I'm currently in a job where I'm not going to get any more raises doing work that I don't particularly like. It's disheartening. So I don't know where to go next. I'll just have to trust God for the next step.
