Today was a reminder that I am not Superwoman. Went to pick up a case of soda at work and was promptly yelled at by my back. We still haven't made up yet. I've got heat on it now, and I've taken Advil, I hope this helps. Just gotta love those reminders of my fragility. However, there is good news. "But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for Him to return as our Savior. He will take these weak mortal bodies of ours and change them into glorious bodies like His own, using the same mighty power that He will use to conquer everything, everywhere. (Philippians 3:20-21)

And when He returns it will be beyond all imagining. "I heard a loud shout from the throne saying, "Look the home of God is now among His people! He will live with them, and they will be His people. God Himself will be with them. He will remove all of their sorrows, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. For the old world and its evils are gone forever." (Revelation 21:3-4).  So these back pains I'm going through will disappear. I just need to rely on God.
