Today actually got up to thirty degrees! It felt like a heat wave, considering the past several days had been several subzero temperatures. Winter has been tough this year. With several losses and illnesses going around, plus the cold, it makes one want to hibernate. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when I headed off to work this morning and didn't get frostbite when I went out the door.

Still having a hard time adjusting to not having Harvey around. There's an empty space on the table where his cage was. I miss coming home and having him sit up and look at me expectantly, or with the sleepy eyes. I miss watching him run around the table looking for yum yums on the table. I'll even miss cleaning his cage. He loved to run after the bunnies when he was in his blue ball. He would run in his wheel at night when we were asleep and we would wake to the sound of the thumping in the next room. Occasionally we'd catch him in his wheel and he would stop as if to say, "Darn it! Caught!" He was a sweet little dude and he is missed.
